Specific plan, EIR, development agreement, entitlement-to-use, final engineering for a 208 acre residential and commercial development. Project involved over seven miles of off-site infrastructure. Allard Engineering was responsible for all aspects of civil engineering related to the project.

Baseline Avenue Storm Drain
Fontana, CA
Project Engineer responsible for feasibility and project level reports, final design for over four miles of reinforced concrete box, pipe, and roadway construction. Tasks included hydrology, hydraulics, street design, right-of-way engineering, utility coordination, and detour plans.
