Allard Engineering, Inc. was established in 1992 and moved to Fontana in 1995; we specialize in all aspects of civil engineering, land surveying, and land planning.  With our 20 plus years of experience we can handle any project large or small including but not limited to.  Entitlement to use, Master Planned Communities, Final Engineering and Construction Support for Private, Public, and Institutional Clients.
