| Portfolio - Page 2 Rancho Etiwanda - Rancho Cucamonga, CA Specific plan, EIR, development agreement, entitlement-to-use, and final engineering for a 220 acre residential and commercial development. Project involved over seven miles of off-site infrastructure. Allard Engineering was responsible for all aspects of civil engineering related to the project. Inland Center Mall - San Bernardino, CA General Growth Development Inc. Project Principal for entitlement engineering on a 650,000 square foot mall expansion to include three major department stores, second level shops and parking structures. Westchester Center - Los Angeles, CA Howard Hughes Development Co. Project Engineer responsible for precise grading, roadway, and infrastructure for major 200 acre mixed use commercial/retail project. Project involved design of freeway on-ramp for the 405/Sepulveda Boulevard interchange connecting the center to the 405 freeway. Chief Engineer - Fontana, CA Crawford Canyon Water Company Chief Engineer for a mutual water company located in north Fontana. Duties include preparation of conjunctive use plan, water management, plans and specifications, consultant negotiations, and high level negotiations. Crystal Court Mall - Costa Mesa, CA C.J. Segerstrom & Son Project Engineer responsible for final engineering including all grading and infrastructure for the Crystal Court, located on 20 acres adjacent to South Coast Plaza. Project included over 200 new stores, underground parking, and two anchor stores, Robinson's May and The Broadway. Prado Dam Dike Study - Chino, CA Army Corps of Engineers Studied the effects and designed a series of dikes to protect existing development caused by raising Prado Dam. Tasks included hydrology, hydraulics, and grading design. Crowne Hill - Temecula, CA Army Corps of Engineers Responsible for Army Corps, Fish and Wildlife, Fish and Game, and other permits. Monitor, review, and recommend action concerning a large assessment district affecting the project. Westgate Specific Plan - Fontana, CA Specific plan, EIR for 800 acre mixed use (residential, commercial, industrial, institutional) project. As project engineer, led all negotiations and resolution of design issues for infrastructure including major roadways, regional drainage, sewer, and water distribution systems. Indian Springs & Stargaze Parks -Ventura, CA Final engineering for two park sites in Ventura. Parks were ten and five acres in size and included ball fields, tot lots, parking lots and buildings. |
Etiwanda North - Rancho Cucamonga, CA Etiwanda North Landowners Consortium Project Manager responsible for specific plan, utility master plan study, overall coordination of phasing plan, design coordination and preparation of tentative tract maps for this 6,500-acre master planned community. North Fontana Infrastructure Plan - Fontana CA Project Engineer representing the landowner interests for the development and financing of over 5,000 acres of property. Responsible to review the work of the agencies' consultant team on all issues from roadways, drainage, sewer and water to parks schools and funding mechanisms. Reported findings with impacts and recommendations to the landowner group. Eastern Transportation Corridor - Orange County, CA Orange County EMA Project Engineer responsible for engineering route location study including geometrics, grading, right-of-way, paving, earthwork, utility coordination, drainage, erosion control, traffic signing and striping, cost estimates, environmental analysis, and drainage analysis for several square miles of offsite drainage areas for 12 miles of roadway. 405 Freeway On-Ramp - Los Angeles, CA Caltrans District 7 Project Engineer responsible for design of a freeway on-ramp for the 405/Sepulveda Boulevard interchange connecting a major commercial center, Westchester Center, to the 405 freeway. Etiwanda Highlands - Rancho Cucamonga, CA The Caryn Company Annexation and entitlement-to-use (via development agreement) for a 360-acre master planned residential village involving 700 single family homes, three miles of water and trunk line sewer systems, a major flood mitigation program for San Sevaine Wash, and over three million cubic yards of earthwork. As Project Manager, led all negotiations and resolution of design issues for infrastructure including major collector roadway, regional drainage improvements and local tract design. Tustin Military Base Housing - Tustin CA Department of the Navy Design responsibility for aspects of Base housing on the U.S.M.C. Air Station located in Tustin, California. Tasks included grading, drainage, and utility plans. On Call Design Services - CA Army Corps of Engineers Various management and design tasks including grading, drainage and utility design while providing on-call services. Foothill Transportation Corridor - Orange County, CA Orange County EMA Project Engineer responsible for engineering route location study including geometrics, grading, right-of-way, paving, earthwork, utility coordination, drainage, erosion control, traffic signing, traffic striping, cost estimates, and environmental analysis; drainage analysis for several square miles of offsite drainage areas for 25 miles of roadway. |
